Construction Executive presented its “2022 Construction Economic Forecast” webinar with ABC Chief Economist Anirban Basu on Dec. 8. The presentation, which includes a plethora of sports’ references, focuses on the state of the economy considering supply chain concerns, workforce challenges and the impending infrastructure bill. Special attention was given to interest rates, urban growth, supply prices, Build Back Better legislation, as well as other aspects of economic life.
The presentation concluded with an idea of which markets might face the most growth over the next year.
