Partnerships & Acquisitions
Rhumbix mobile platform for construction field operations integrates with Autodesk’s BIM 360 Cost Management Module platform. GCs and subs can manage field change orders through digital reporting, tracking and approval of time and material tags. Autodesk users can see details such as hours, times, equipment costs and expenditures for T&M tags in the Potential Change Order module of the BIM 360 Cost Management tool. Only approved cost item numbers will be passed to Rhumbix, ensuring that all tags are categorized correctly with the proper supporting documentation.

Autodesk partnered with the City of Paris to use BIM to create a 3D model of the Tower’s grand site. Working with WSP and Gexpertise, Autodesk created the largest urban model of its kind, complete with buildings, roads and infrastructure, pedestrian zones and street crossings, urban furniture and green areas. The model was unveiled in May 2018 with the names of the four teams selected to compete to redesign the area: Gustafson Porter + Bowman and BIM Services; AL_A and Quatorze-ig; Agence ter and Arcadis; and KOZ Architectes.
