New data from Aon’s Pursuit Risk and Opportunity Index identifies the top 10 places to pursue public-private partnership (P3) projects in the United States as Colorado, Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Florida, North Carolina and Georgia. States with the least certainty surrounding P3s include Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming.
