    Stephanie Hayes Cook is a senior counsel in the Austin, Texas, office of Andrews Myers P.C. She has more than 18 years of experience in business, bankruptcy and commercial and construction law. She has handled complex matters in state and federal courts related to construction defects, delay and acceleration claims, breach of contract, mechanic’s liens, performance and payment bonds, termination and more. She is actively involved in her community through NAWIC, and volunteers with Mobile Loaves & Fishes Truck Ministry. She has also been a Boy Scout leader for 8 years, and will hike Philmont this summer with her oldest son, with hopes to do the same with her younger son and daughter one day.
