    Sandra Moran is the CEO & Founder of Jaie’s Journey Inc., a nonprofit in Queensland, Australia. Jaie’s Journey is dedicated to removing the stigma of depression, mental illness and suicide. Jaie’s Journey believes in using education, empathy and empowerment, to assist in breaking down the stigma of suicide, depression and mental illness. Sandra is the mother of Jaie Moran, her youngest son who died by suicide in 2014, two days after his 22nd birthday. Jaie had been working in the construction sector for approximately 10 months and was at a drive-in/drive-out base camp.
