Quip Turner is Principal at Turner Leadership Strategies (TLS). Before coming to Turner Leadership Strategies (TLS), Quip Turner graduated Cornell University with an Honors GPA and a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR). After Cornell, he served with the highly selective Teach For America in Tulsa, Okla. Quip then was recruited and worked for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Goodyear’s HR Leadership Program in Akron, Ohio. There, Quip trained and advised middle-managers and senior executives in specialties such as performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
