    Michael Tecci is President of ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston.  Tecci joined Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. (SGH) in 2003. He has more than 16 years of experience as a structural design engineer in SGH’s Structural Design team in the Boston office. His structural design experience encompasses a wide variety of building types, encompassing commercial, educational and institutional buildings. His experience includes design of new structures, repair and rehabilitation of existing structures, and investigations and evaluations of deteriorated and historic structures. He joined ACE of Greater Boston as a mentor when the affiliate started back in 2007. In addition to mentoring, he has performed many different roles within the organization including board member, team leader and committee chair where he was responsible for leading the strategic planning initiatives. In 2018, Mike became President of the Board of Directors. While fulfilling his duties as president, he also remains an active team leader and mentor for the program.
