A 30-year veteran of the construction industry, Kevin has extensive experience in all facets of construction, including cost estimating, lender services, litigation support and project management. He has advised clients on budget and project scope development, conducted pre-construction project reviews, and counseled on cost control and risk management for large-scale public and private developments.
