    Frank Weiss is based in Oracle’s Berlin office where he heads the global strategy for BIM & Innovation for the CEGBU - Construction Engineering Global Business Unit. He was a Co-Founder of Conject where he focused on product strategy and business development. In this time he worked and lived in Munich, Dubai, UAE and St. Petersburg, Russia. At Aconex, which acquired Conject in 2016, he served as VP for BIM Strategy and Development globally. Frank is a curious and active person and is internationally acknowledged as a BIM expert and speaker. In his free time he likes running, yoga and bouldering which are great preparations for his hiking tours on holiday. Frank is married and has four grown children.
