    David S. Lynch practices as a trial lawyer concentrating in insurance coverage and bad faith, on behalf of insureds and insurance companies, and personal injury defense litigation. In his years with the firm, Lynch has tried numerous jury trials, first chair, and argued multiple appeals with both Texas and Federal appellate courts. He has handled arbitrations, including two conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce with hearings in Singapore and London. He also serves as a neutral evaluation in connection with the Complex Coverage Neutral Evaluation Program for the American Arbitration Association.
