In response to the pandemic, OSHA has issued enforcement guidance directing its field personnel to investigate complaints, referrals, as well as employer-reported fatalities and hospitalizations to identify potentially hazardous occupational exposures and to ensure that employers take prompt action to mitigate hazards and protect employees.
