I will keep saying it until I am blue in the face: at the heart of every successful venture lies a remarkable, happy team. In order to be the best, we need to find the best people, but we also need to look to non-traditional hiring pools to secure those individuals; it’s about tapping into a pool of dedicated, hardworking individuals who can reshape the future of your organization.
