ABC

Kristi Pronovost was named senior manager of marketing and Andrew Lemley was named chapter development manager of ABC’s National office.

In addition, Susanna Jackson joined the ABC Alabama Chapter in its member services and communications department; Amanda Segebart was named education and workforce development specialist for the ABC Rocky Mountain Chapter; Roy Weaver joined the San Diego Chapter as facilities specialist; and Gary Austin-Joyner joined the Alaska Chapter as administrative assistant/events coordinator.

Messer Construction Co.

Chris Malinowski was promoted to vice president and Charlotte region leader of Messer Construction Co. Steve Keckeis, Malinowski’s predecessor, recently retired from Messer after 40 years with the company. Messer Construction Co. is a construction manager and general contractor that provides leadership on complex commercial construction projects.

Microdesk

Dr. Xifan “Jeff” Chen was appointed to director of digital transformation for Microdesk, a leading global digital delivery and management consultancy and part of Symetri, Addnode Group. He will drive the company’s initiative to bring transformative digital technology to all aspects of their AEC clients’ businesses.
