ABC

Greg Sizemore, ABC vice president of health, safety, environment and workforce development, was appointed by the U.S. Department of Labor to serve as a representative for U.S. construction employers on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health, which provides advice and assistance to the assistant secretary on occupational safety and health in construction standards.

Bernhard

Phil Watson, director of engineering design with Bernhard, was recognized by Consulting-Specifying Engineer in its 2021 40 Under 40 list. The list recognizes nonresidential building industry professionals ages 40 and younger who stand out through a mixture of personal and professional aspects of their lives. Bernhard is a privately-owned engineering, mechanical and electrical contractor.

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings

Nine partners with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP were included in the 2021 edition of Who’s Who Legal: Construction, including Jim Archibald, Axel Bolvig, Ian P. Cheryl Carron joined JLL’s corporate solutions team as a global operations lead, experience services and facilities management; Helena Skjeld joined the firm as an EMEA operations lead, experience services and facilities management. JLL is a professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.

Palmisano

Craig Floyd, regional growth leader of Palmisano, LLC, will head the company’s new operation in Nashville, Tennessee. The new region will bring Palmisano’s approach in the hospitality, historic restoration, health care, housing, mixed-use, education and civil construction sectors to a city with similar parallels to its New Orleans, where the firm is based.
