Brown and Caldwell

Sebastien Le Scraigne joined Brown and Caldwell as leader of the firm’s new metro Vancouver location. In addition, Dr. Randall Watts joined the company as industrial water senior process engineer. Brown and Caldwell is a full-service environmental engineering and construction firm with 52 offices and more than 1,700 professionals across North America and the Pacific.

Dodge Data & Analytics

Daniel (Dan) McCarthy was named CEO of Dodge Data & Analytics, bringing a track record of more than 25 years of leadership, talent development, and strategic focus in successfully transforming businesses and driving growth initiatives to Dodge’s organization. Dodge Data & Analytics is North America’s leading provider of commercial construction project data, market forecasting and analytics services and workflow integration solutions for the construction industry.

Jacobsen Construction Company

Gary Ellis was elected to succeed Douglas Welling as Jacobsen Construction Company’s president by the firm’s board of directors. Welling, who began his tenure as president of Jacobsen in 2006 and as CEO in 2012, will continue serving as CEO of the company. Ellis filled the position of president effective June 1. Jacobsen is a 100% employee-owned, Employee Stock Ownership Program company with more than 500 employees.

McCownGordon Construction

Travis Noble joined McCownGordon Construction as senior vice president of the company’s Kansas City Business Unit, bringing executive-level expertise to help further position the company for expansion. McCownGordon is one of the region’s largest construction managers with offices in Missouri and Kansas.

Moss Construction

Scott Moss was named named CEO of Moss Construction. Moss is one of the company’s founders and a 30-year veteran of the construction industry. Moss Construction is a national privately held construction firm focusing on construction management, design-build and public-private partnerships.

Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute

Randy Wilson was named director, architectural precast systems for the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI). In addition, Jared Brewe, PhD, P.E., S.E., was named vice president, technical services for the institute. PCI is a technical institute for the precast concrete structures and systems industry that develops, maintains, and disseminates the Body of Knowledge for the design, fabrication, and construction of precast concrete structures and systems.

Pure Safety Group

Randy Fernandez was named head of sales for Pure Safety Group’s (PSG) western region of the United States. PSG is the largest independent dedicated fall protection company in the world, providing high-performance and professional fall protection equipment, tool tethering products, and services such as training, engineering and onsite consultation.

Steel Erectors Association of America

David Deem, president of Deem Structural Services, was named Steel Erectors Association of America’s (SEAA) 2019 Person of the Year. Bob Beckner—retired senior vice president of Peterson Beckner Industries, Inc.—was honored with a Lifetime Achievement award, and he recently stepped down from the SEAA’s board of directors in anticipation of retirement. SEAA is the only national trade association representing the interests of steel erectors, fabricators, contractors and related service providers.

Stevenson Crane Service Inc.

Jess MacMillan, P.E., joined Illinois-based Stevenson Crane Service Inc. (SCS) as its director of engineering. SCS is a family-owned and operated business that has served the lifting needs of construction, industrial, mechanical, manufacturing and other industries for more than 31 years.
