Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP

Eight partners of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP were named as among the world’s leading construction lawyers by Who’s Who Legal, including Jim Archibald, Ian P. Faria, Arlan D. Lewis, Douglas L. Patin, J. David Pugh, William R. Purdy, E. Mabry Rogers and Robert J. Symon. In addition, Ian P. Faria and Jon Paul Hoelscher earned board certification for construction law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Cavignac & Associates

Carlota Kienke joined Cavignac & Associates as a commercial account administrator. Kienke is a 17-year veteran of the insurance industry. In addition, Jase Hamilton, AFSB, CPCU, was promoted to surety department manager. Cavignac & Associates is a risk management and insurance brokerage firm that specializes in the real estate, design and construction industries.

Current Builders

Kar Ho and Eric Seminara were promoted to partners of Current Builders. Ho is the company’s virtual design and construction manager and Seminara is a senior project manager. Current Builders specializes in multi-family residential projects, health care facilities, office/warehouse buildings, commercial distribution facilities, parking garages, interior build-outs, interior and exterior renovations.

Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP

Jeff Knapp joined Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, a U.S. top 20 public accounting and advisory firm, as a director in the cost segregation group. In that role, he will lead the Atlantic region’s cost segregation practice and provide cost segregation studies, fixed asset reviews and other related fixed asset consulting services to clients.

Faith Technologies, Inc.

Alyssa Kwasny was honored as a Top Wellness Champion at the Well-being 100 Awards presented by Healthcare Яevolution®. Kwasny is a wellness program administrator at Faith Technologies, an energy expert and national leader in electrical planning, engineering, design and installation.

GZA

Patrick F. Sheehan, P.E., was named chief executive officer and John Murphy was named chief operating officer of GZA, a leading consulting firm providing geotechnical, environmental, ecological, water and construction management services.

Hardaway Construction Corporation

Brian Murdock joined Hardaway Construction Corporation as executive vice president and Tracy Cothran joined the company as senior vice president of field operations. Hardaway Construction Corp. was founded in 1924 and serves the construction needs of Nashville and middle Tennessee.

Marsh

Matthew Summers joined Marsh Wortham as construction leader. Marsh Wortham is a global leader in insurance broking and innovative risk management solutions.

Moss Construction

Brian Wetherington, a 24-year industry veteran, was promoted to vice president in Moss Construction’s Fort Lauderdale office. Moss Construction is a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions.

Newforma

Marge Hart was appointed to vice president of product management for Newforma, a leader in project information management software for architects, engineers, contractors and owners. In this role, Hart will be responsible for the leadership of Newforma’s flagship product, Newforma Project Center, and the new Newforma Cloud product.

Peckar & Abramson, P.C.

Stefan Chin and Nathan Cohen were named partners of Peckar & Abramson, P.C. In addition, Levi Barrett, Ian Schlanger and Chris Sweeney were named senior council of the firm, and Alexandra Busch was promoted to senior associate.

Ruppert Landscape

Ethan Brown was promoted to branch manager of Ruppert Landscape’s Alexandria, Va., landscape management branch. Ruppert Landscape provides commercial landscape construction and management services.

Ryan Companies

Paul Springthorpe was named chief integration officer of Ryan Companies. In addition, Mike Ryan was named president of the company’s north region and Mike Rodriquez was named president of its architectural and engineering services, Ryan A + E. Ryan Companies is a national developer, architect, capital investment consultant, builder and real estate manager that offers comprehensive commercial real estate services.

San Juan Construction

John Theiss was named president and chief executive officer of San Juan Construction, a global construction and logistics company providing building services for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Shapiro & Duncan

Sandy Palmerton was promoted to director of special projects—and is the first woman to be named to this position—for Shapiro & Duncan, a provider of complex commercial, government and institutional design-build mechanical solutions.

Turner Construction Company

Turner Construction Company, an international construction services company, recently expanded its self-perform operations division (SPO), promoting four employees to senior roles. Shannon Hines has been promoted to national SPO director, Dick Conway was promoted to project executive, Brendan McCormick will remain industrial project executive in addition to overseeing the development of Turner’s new fabrication shop and Brandon Tucker was promoted to self-perform manager.
