Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP
David Pugh, a partner in Bradley Arant Boult Cummings’ Birmingham office, was elected to serve as the southeast region chair on the executive committee of ABC, beginning Jan. 1, 2020. Pugh is a member of Bradley’s Construction Practice Group and has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, insurers and sureties throughout the United States.
BCA Insurance Group
Lisa Post, head of BCA Insurance Group’s surety division, was named 2019 Women in Construction (WIC) “Woman of the Year” by ABC’s New Jersey Chapter. ABC-NJ designates the award each year to a woman who has “demonstrated a commitment to excellence in construction … and presents a positive image for women in construction.”
Marcum LLP
Thirty one partners, more than 190 associates, and four offices were added to Marcum’s Midwest and Florida regions as part of the firm’s merger with Skoda Minotti, a market-leading accounting and business advisory firm. The merge with Skoda Minotti will add to Marcum’s geographic reach, bring a wider range of expertise, increase service offerings and improve the client experience. Marcum LLP is one of the largest independent public accounting and advisory services firms in the nation.
