American National Standards Institute

Warren Faber—engineering manager at Pure Safety Group—was named vice chair of the American National Standards Institute committee that sets safety standards for anchorage connectors for active fall protection systems. The committee’s work includes standardizing definitions and establishing requirements for design, performance, testing, labeling, instructions, inspection, maintenance and storage of anchor connectors.

Aristeo Construction

Lars Luedeman joined Aristeo Construction as chief financial officer, bringing nearly 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success in construction finance to the company. Aristeo Construction is the largest WBENC-certified general contractor in the nation.

Fabcon Precast

Mike Rafi was named chief executive officer and director of Fabcon Precast, a manufacturer of precast concrete wall panels. In addition, Mike LeJeune—who was CEO of Fabcon Precast for 20 years—was named chairman of the board.

International Safety Equipment Association

Mathew Moreau— product manager of dropped tools and FME at Pure Safety Group—was named chairperson of the International Safety Equipment Association Standards Committee for Dropped Objects Solutions. The committee is the first to focus exclusively on preventing dropped object hazards in general industry, construction and other sectors that involve working at heights.

JLL

Creighton Armstrong joined JLL as managing director in the firm’s government business line, where he serves as an advisor to clients and prospects as they navigate evolving real estate needs as a result of COVID-19. JLL is a professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management.

Larken Associates

H. Jordan Guenther joined Larken Associates as senior project manager and Liam Hanley joined the firm as director of construction accounting. Guenther and Hanley are a part of core enterprises, the in-house real estate services division of Larken Associates, which is a regional leader in commercial and residential real estate building, development and management.

Resolution Management Consultants, Inc.

Mitchell Swann joined consulting firm Resolution Management Consultants, Inc., as a managing director, bringing extensive engineering, construction management and claims analysis expertise to the firm.

REV GrouP

Ryan Rockafellow was named vice president and general manager of capacity trucks at REV Group—a designer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty vehicle brands—and LayMor sweeper businesses.

Summit Electric Supply

John Peterson joined Summit Electric Supply as vice president of industrial sales. Previously, Peterson served as president and CEO of Warren Electric Group before Summit acquired the company. Summit is a privately held, independent electrical distributor.
