ECS

Amanda Blackmon was named manager of business development for Equity Construction Solutions’ (ECS) Florida operations and will be based in Tampa. ECS partners with private clients around the country in health care, retail, corporate office, senior living, hospitality, industrial, tenant improvement and faith-based projects.

McCarthy Holdings, Inc.

Raymond J. Sedey was named chief executive officer McCarthy Holdings, Inc., a national building company comprised of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., and Castle Contracting, Inc. Sedey replaces Michael D. Bolen, who will continue in the role as chairman of the McCarthy board of directors.

Moss Construction

Sasha Seco, Randy Spicer Jr., and Dave Glasser were named vice presidents of Moss Construction’s Fort Lauderdale office and Tom Ennis joined the company as vice president of its Orlando office. Moss Construction focuses on construction management, design-build and public-private partnerships across the country.

TDIndustries

Ed White was promoted to president of TDIndustries and Nikki Morgan was promoted to executive vice president of the firm’s Houston office. TDIndustries focuses on engineering, construction and facilities services that optimize the performance of world-class mechanical systems.

Turner Construction Company

Joe Fuda joined Turner Construction Company as financial manager for the company’s Mid-South business unit, which covers the Tennessee and Alabama markets. Turner is a North America-based, international construction services company.
