Associated Builders and Contractors

Douglas Nibbe joined the Cornhusker Chapter as western and central Nebraska director of education.

Christian & Small LLP

Jordan C. Loper joined Christian & Small LLP as firm associate, focusing on civil litigation, insurance, premises liability and transportation.

Cotney Construction Law

Daniel Auerbach, Virgil Tray Batcher, Hilary Morgan and Anthony Tilton were named partners of Cotney Construction Law, a national law firm for construction, specialty trades and OSHA law.

Mowery

Keith Klinedinst joined Mowery, a construction company based in Mechanicsburg, Pa., as superintendent. Klinedinst is responsible for managing daily operations, inspections, quality control, documentation, scheduling and jobsite safety. He is certified in Procore Safety Qualified, Procore Superintendent, OSHA 10 Hour, OSHA 30 Hour, CPR/AED First Aid and ABC Advanced Blueprint Reading.

Skanska USA

Kevin Bell was promoted to Skanska’s vice president of operations for the Georgia and South Carolina region. Bell is an 18-year veteran of Skanska and previously led the company’s Special Projects Group. Skanska USA is a construction and development company serving a broad range of clients

Spancrete

John Schnell was promoted to vice president of Precast Operations North and Nicholas Passint was promoted to general manager for Spancrete Machinery. Schnell has been with the Spancrete for 33 years, previously serving as vice president. Passint previously was a product and business development engineer for Spancrete, a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of engineered precast, prestressed building solutions and machinery.
