Associated Builders and Contractors

Kristina Ropos joined ABC’s Central Ohio Chapter as high school liaison; Stacy Chavez joined ABC’s Texas Mid Coast Chapter as an administrative assistant; and Aubry Cottrell joined ABC’s Heart of America Chapter as training manager.

BCA Insurance Group

Lisa A. Post was named director of BCA Insurance Group’s newly formed surety division. BCA Insurance Group entered the surety bonds market with its merger with Post Surety Bonds, a 31-year-old construction bonds provider. Post was Post Surety’s owner and president.

Cavignac & Associates

Bree Schuman is the new commercial department account manager for Cavignac & Associates. In addition, Destiny Snelling was named an account manager in the company’s commercial department. Cavignac & Associates is a 55-member San Diego-based commercial risk management and brokerage firm specializing in the design and building industry.

Frampton Construction Company, LLC

Shamrock Thompson joined Frampton Construction Company as superintendent, bringing nearly 40 years of industry experience. Kyle Shank also joined the team as project manager. Frampton Construction Company is a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction and construction services.

McLaren Engineering Group

Jeremy Billig, P.E., was named president of McLaren Engineering Group. Previously, Billig was the firm’s vice president and New York City regional director. McLaren Engineering Group has provided innovative, customized engineering solutions for more than 15,000 projects.

Moss Construction

Michael Monsalve joined Moss Construction, a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions resulting in award-winning projects, as director of business development in the Dallas-Fort Worth office.

Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C.

Matthew Talley joined Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., enhancing the firm’s construction practice from a controversy and transactional perspective. Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. is a mid-size commercial law firm providing wide-ranging legal expertise to its clients.

Pizzarotti, LLC

Michael Holloway joined Pizzarotti, LLC as chief operating officer and Bruce Schlesier joined the company as the new vice president of preconstruction, estimating and procurement. Pizzarotti, LLC, encompasses more than 60 entities and is one of the leading construction conglomerates in Italy, with vast interests in more than 20 countries around the world.

R-T Specialty, LLC

David M. Slaugenhoup was promoted to assistant vice president in RT Specialty’s National Environmental and Construction Professional Liability Practice. RT New Day, a division of R-T Specialty, LLC, is a specialty resource for agents and brokers, assisting them and their clients find appropriate, high-quality environmental and construction-related professional liability insurance coverages.

Ruppert Landscape

Steve Faber was promoted to region manager in Ruppert Landscape’s landscape management division. In addition, Kurt Myers, Michael Vispi and Kyle Meissner were promoted to branch managers of the company. Ruppert Landscape provides commercial landscape construction and management.

SouthCon Building Group

Brandon Needham was promoted to senior project manager of SouthCon Building Group, a full-service general contractor based in Mount Pleasant, S.C.

Stiles

Steve Palmer recently retired from Stiles as its chief operating officer after 40 years of service to the company. CEO Ken Stiles and President Scott MacLaren will take over Palmer’s day-to-day duties. In addition, Justin Siemens was named President, Carolinas for the company. Stiles is a full service real estate development firm.
