Recently recognized with an honorable mention in the 2023 PCI (Precast Concrete Institute) Design Awards, the Winter Park Library and Events Center in Winter Park, Florida, is a $35-million, 55,800-square-foot statement in severe beauty. Built by general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, the three-building project used 182 precast concrete components requiring 50 different forms due to the variety of its design features.
