C-Suite Stressors: More Construction Execs Are More Stressed

As overall workplace safety improves, stress is going up in the C-suite.

Sentry’s 2025 C-Suite Stress Index, a national survey of 1,000 C-suite leaders, offers a snapshot of what’s weighing on U.S. executives. The report highlights their stressors and those stressors’ impact on planning, people and priorities.

67% of executives say they’re more stressed in 2025 than they were in 2024.
