Stuart Rosen is special construction counsel in Proskauer’s Real Estate Department, representing clients in all aspects of significant public and private construction projects. His expertise includes the full range of transactional matters relating to construction and development, with a focus on preparing and negotiating complex construction contracts. Stuart advises clients from across the real estate spectrum, including developers, landlords, contractors and asset managers, on construction management agreements, development agreements, license agreements with adjoining property owners, and agreements between owners and design professionals. He’s regularly called on to identify and resolve issues that could adversely impact construction and development, often before they even occur.
