Sarah Carr is Vice President, Business Development, Education Services at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., in Southern California. Ms. Carr has over 26 years of experience in the areas of operations, construction, engineering, project management and business development. Her professional focus is in the education sector, with decades of experience working in higher education and the K-12 project fields. Committed to uplifting other women in the construction industry and helping them to develop and succeed professionally, Sarah was co-founder of Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS) in 2013 and currently sits on the organization’s national board of directors.
