    Kristy Lapidus specializes in human and digital systems transformation. Her 20-year career includes partnering with Fortune 500 companies, SMBs and tech startups to identify technology strategy; optimize and automate business processes; as well as lead the delivery of complex projects and manage the people side of technology change. Lapidus began her career as a database manager in the commercial real estate industry and spent nearly a decade as a software development and business process consultant working with SMBs across a multitude of industries. She also served as the Director of IT/PMO at Gaia Herbs, the leading natural products manufacturer in North America. Lapidus earned a master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School, where she was honored with the distinguished George Award. She is an Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds a BA from Indiana University. As the Associate Director of Soliant Consulting's Amazon Web Services Practice, Lapidus partners with clients to identify technology strategies that will improve the bottom line, increase operational efficiency and ensure long-term user adoption.
