    Kelly Ruane Melchiondo's practice focuses on complex construction litigation and products liability matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. She is also a member of Bilzin Sumberg’s Data Security & Privacy Team, focusing on data breach prevention and response, including reporting to and interacting with state regulatory and law enforcement agencies tasked with enforcing state data privacy laws, and client counseling to strengthen internal data security controls. In 2018, Kelly served on The Sedona Conference Working Team 11, Brainstorming Committee helping organizations prepare for and respond to data breaches and to assist attorneys in resolving issues of legal liability and damages.
