    Joe has more than 10 years of experience as an engineer, entrepreneur and investor in mission-driven organizations. Prior to joining Obvious Ventures, Joe managed venture investments for four years at Chrysalix Venture Capital, an early stage VC firm focused on industrial innovation. He was the founder and CEO of Chillbaby, a sustainable retail tech company serving the baby clothing market and worked in Business Development at FlexEnergy, a venture-backed cleantech startup. Joe holds both a BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
