    Jarrett Milligan, CSP, is the Senior Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety in the East Region for Skanska. He has worked in the construction industry for the past 16 years. Jarrett served as a Damage Controlman in the US Navy for over six years. He was stationed on the USS Yorktown CG-48 as a Petty Officer and at Officer Training Command Newport RI as an Instructor.
