Chad V. Theriot is a partner at Jones Walker and a member of the law firm’s board of directors. He co-leads the firm’s Construction Team. He focuses on major public and commercial construction and infrastructure projects. Theriot advises domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of construction, contracting, and procurement activities. Theriot is ranked in Chambers USA for Construction Law and is recognized by the The Legal 500 United States for Real Estate–Construction. He received a JD from Tulane University Law School, an MBA from University of South Alabama, and a BS from Spring Hill College.
