How is the electrification of your fleet coming? By DEWALT's estimate, it should be pretty good.

DEWALT’s 2025 Power Pulse Survey reveals that two-thirds of construction managers (66%) anticipate complete jobsite electrification within two years, while 90% believe adopting sustainable solutions will help win more business. Despite initial concerns, construction professionals are increasingly confident in electric-powered solutions—and the transition may be happening faster than expected. Some key survey findings:

  • 93% of respondents believe electric-powered tools will positively impact the environment, while 90% see sustainable practices as a business growth opportunity
  • 72% of professionals report completing projects up to three times faster with electric tools compared to gas-powered alternatives
  • 45% of construction managers cite enhanced safety and ease of use as primary benefits, while previous concerns about power supply and durability have decreased significantly (down 5% and 4% respectively from last year)
