Kentucky and Missouri recently passed legislation that prevents workers from being required to join a labor union in order to accept or maintain a job, making them the 27th and 28th Right to Work states, respectively. In January, Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin (R) also signed H.B. 3 to become the 21st state to reject prevailing wage requirements on public construction projects.
