NCCER has announced its 2021 board of trustees, to include Stephen Toups, president of Turner Industries, as chairman—and the first to serve a two-year term.

Michael Bennett, vice president of The Cianbro Companies and former NCCER chair, will remain a member of the executive committee and serve as co-chair of a new addition, the Past Chairman’s Council.

The other members of the 2021 board of trustees’ executive committee include: Scott Marshall, senior group director – people operations (Americas) of Worley, Houston, who will serve as the 2021 vice chair, and Monique V. Ford, CPA, who will serve as treasurer. Brendan McAndrews, chief operations officer of McAndrews Glass, joins the board of trustees as the Associated Builders and Contractors’ appointee from its executive committee.
