HAZTEK LLC ANNOUNCES MIKE KENYON HAS JOINED THEIR TEAM AS DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION EHS

On Jan. 22, HazTek LLC announced the addition of Mike Kenyon as its director of construction EHS. Kenyon brings over 20 years of experience primarily in the construction industry working within commercial, life science, oil/gas, government, utility and general industry sectors.

LEE BURTON SELECTED AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF SITEPRO RENTALS

On Jan. 30, SitePro™ Rentals announced the appointment of Lee Burton as its new chief financial officer. As CFO, Burton will be responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and analysis and cash management. A proven leader with more than 34 years of experience, Burton has a thorough understanding of financial reporting and planning systems, combining technology, data and financial discipline to achieve profitable growth.

BLUEBEAM APPOINTS NEW CHIEF SALES OFFICER AND VP OF GLOBAL MARKETING

On Feb. 5, Bluebeam promoted Mary Santoro to chief sales officer from her previous role as vice president of global sales, and Ron Close has joined Bluebeam as vice president of global marketing from Graphisoft.

Mary Santoro has led Bluebeam’s sales organization since June of 2021.

Ron Close offers a wealth of experience and expertise in both the field of marketing and in the AEC industry.

WALBRIDGE PROMOTES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVES

On Feb. 7, Walbridge appointed Ross Linton, Chris Morgan. P.E., and Andy Wasiniak, FAIC, CPC, LEED AP (BD+C), to Group Vice President of Self-Perform, Vehicle Manufacturing and Buildings, respectively. They will report to the senior vice president and operations lead, Joe Castellano, and are members of the company’s senior leadership team.

ANF GROUP ANNOUNCES KEY EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS

On Feb. 6, ANF Group announced the promotions of several top-level executives, including Alberto ‘Al’ Fernandez to the role of chief executive officer. Nelson Fernandez is now president of ANF Development and Alberto Gil is now President of ANF Construction. These promotions reflect the company’s positioning for continued growth and success.

BILLD EXPANDS C-SUITE

Over the past six months, Billd bolstered its executive leadership team in response to the company's rapid growth, appointing Paul Williams as chief financial officer, Brad Cooper as chief customer officer and Allison Dancy as chief marketing officer. Billd is making these strategic appointments to ensure it can better serve the needs of subcontractors and further solidify its leadership in commercial financing.

SKANSKA BUILDING OPERATIONS IN NORTH CAROLINA AND VIRGINIA WELCOMES NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER

On Feb. 14, Skanska announced Heather Askins as the director of business development for its North Carolina and Virginia building operations. Based in Raleigh, Askins has more than a decade of experience in business development and professional engineering and has strong community ties with vast experience and knowledge in the AEC industry.
