Employees and site visitors point their smartphone at a unique QR-coded poster hanging at a job site or lobby, securely answer COVID-19 related health questions, and immediately receive notification on whether they’re approved or denied access to a site.

FARO’s Trek autonomous 3D mobile scanning integration built in collaboration with Boston Dynamics combines the scanning speed and accuracy of the FARO FocusS Laser Scanner with Spot, a quadruped robot capable of remote and autonomous data capture in challenging environments. Autowalk automates the inspection process after operators initially program the route walking alongside the robot. Spot can then repeat the route autonomously and can make minor adjustments to complete the job. The FARO FocusS Laser Scanner enables users to capture fast, accurate measurements of complex objects and buildings, with intuitive workflows that foster an enhanced user experience.

Through the online tool users can get fireproofing information for one specific section of a structure or a complete project that covers floors, roof and columns.
