Sage Field Operations mobile application integrates with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and Sage 100 Contractor to provide field teams with field reports, labor cost controls, resource monitoring and real-time capture of payroll data along with the ability to send RFIs, RFPs and change orders.

With ARC Document Solutions Print mobile app, users can order prints, share files and track orders at 200 services centers around the world. ARC Print app features include Send Files for Print, Receive Real-time Job Updates, Schedule a Pick-Up and Set Delivery Options.

Katerra’s suite of products for the design and building process include: Building Platforms for manufacturing and assembly standardizes core building architectural and engineering systems; Apollo operating platform with applications for delivering persistent data so teams can execute timely decisions and automate tasks; Cross-Laminated Timber flat-panel engineered wood product for a system-based approach for floors, walls and roofs; Katerra Energy System integrated energy platform that replaces electrical closets in buildings with a single-enclosure appliance; KTAC for configurating HVAC equipment,; Windows advanced glass and window technologies; Bath Kit for quicker bathroom assembly; and KOVA line of high-quality interior fixtures and finishes.

ICT Tracker tracking app from Innovative Construction Technology employs AR to capture accurate and timely project data. By overlaying the model and pointing the device to what is installed, users capture accurate and timely data. ICT Tracker in Free Flight Mode replaces the manual method of capturing data with clipboards and spreadsheets.

Products

Trimble’s® T7 Tablet for construction surveying applications uses Trimble Siteworks Software to provide real-time data for visualizing cut/fill levels, calculating material volumes, checking grade and communicating work orders. It meets MIL-STD-810G for drops, vibration, immersion and temperature extremes and is sealed against water and dust. The 7-inch color screen is scratch and impact resistant Gorilla® Glass. Optional, user-interchangeable Trimble EMPOWER™ modules make the Trimble T7 Tablet a flexible solution for a variety of applications.

Brinno Trio Bundle Pack BCC2000, which includes the EMPOWER time lapse cam, weatherproof and extended battery housing, and the flexible adjustable clamp mount kit in one bundle pack for outdoor project monitoring.

Casella Guardian2 site boundary monitor uses remote monitoring and reporting of noise, dust and vibration levels to monitor Volatile Organic Compounds. It is equipped with a photoionization detector and measures for VOCs up to 6,000 parts per million, assessing the emissions to any prescribed limits.

The Brokk 300 has added demolition power and features Brokk SmartConcept™ technology for better power management, reliability, maintainability and ergonomics. The Brokk 300 is one of four new next generation Brokk remote-controlled demolition machines that features SmartPower™ intelligent electrical system, SmartDesign™ for extending machine life and SmartRemote™, an ergonomic remote-control box.

Trimble’s wearable hard hat compatible Trimble® XR10 with HoloLens 2 uses Microsoft HoloLens Customization Program to integrate spatial computing technology that enables workers to access holographic information. An expanded set of Trimble software and services provide field-oriented workflows that leverage constructible 3D models and mixed reality to solve daily work tasks.

Software & In the Cloud

Autodesk BIM 360 construction management platform provides data insights with Construction IQ, a machine learning and AI-based capability. Construction IQ machine learning-based analytics takes prediction to the next level with assistive, action-based intelligence. Woven across the BIM 360 construction management platform, Construction IQ sifts through data points from issues, observations, checklists, subcontractor assignments, related metadata and historical data to help analyze, identify and prioritize risk factors.

IBM’s portfolio of IoT solutions teams artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to improve maintenance strategies. IBM Maximo Asset Performance Management solutions collect data from physical assets in near real-time and provide insights on current operating conditions, predict potential issues, diagnose problems and offer repair recommendations. This solution complements enterprise asset management capabilities, such as IBM’s Maximo EAM solution, and integrates seamlessly with other EAM providers. It includes Asset Health Insights, Predictive Maintenance Insights and Equipment Management Assistant.

Partnerships & Acquisitions

Briq has received $3 million in funding from Eniac Ventures and MetaProp NYC. Briq (formerly Brickschain) is a data intelligence and machine learning platform for builders and asset managers to make better strategic decisions. This includes likelihood of project success, demand and how to connect and automate workflows and data silos. Briq applies neural networks, machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to improve decision-making and provide business intelligence.
