ARI Alexa App Pilot, Drivers Request and Receive Fleet Data with Voice Commands

Voice recognition and AI technologies can create efficiencies in fleet management. With ARI’s pilot app for Amazon’s Alexa, users get data points from the ARI insights® system using voice commands. Alexa provides data on fuel usage, accidents, maintenance, downtime and purchase orders for a group of vehicles. ARI will track queries to see what other data points might be added as it develops the technology.

Nearmap Panorama and Nearmap Oblique, available through a new MapBrowser™ interface, extends location content to include new aerial geospatial data services. With Nearmap Panorama, users view perspective maps in all cardinal directions for small or large areas without having to jump from one image to another. They can navigate, pan and zoom across any size geography and analyze perspective. Nearmap Oblique enables users to interactively inspect and measure the height of features, such as buildings and terrain, from all cardinal directions. Borrowers get access to the machines when they need them. DOZR screens renters to make sure the machinery is appropriate for the job and provides insurance to protect both parties.
